On Maundy Thursday a Communion meal was shared with friends from St. Michael's and Bethesda

The service included hymns and reflective readings before the meal of soup, bread and cheese, fruit and tea/coffee was served.

Following the meal the communion was passed around the tables, each serving their neighbour

Donations for Christian Aid amounted to £125

 

On Easter Sunday  the bare cross was decorated, by all members of the congregation, with flowers to denote new life.

Easter choruses were sung during this time.

The children returned during the communion for a blessing, bringing their Easter garden to place at the foot of the cross.

The morning service was conducted by Rev. Ann Owen and in the evening Rev. Richard Gillion, a former minister, led the worship

 

After the evening service the cross was placed outside the church door
