Remembrance Sunday .
News Story updated on Tuesday Nov 11th

The service, led by Rev. Caroline Carter was attended by many friends from the local community. before the service a slide show of suitable images was projected.

The Roll of Honour of all from this area who had died in the 2 world wars was read and at the end of the service a remembrance cross was placed in the designated area for each of those names. Members of the congregation also placed their cross to remember those whom they knew. The children placed 2 crosses for unknown soldiers.

The hymns, readings and prayers were felt to be a meaningful recognition of all that was sacrificed for our freedom
